I’ve spent over 20 years working across FMCG, food and drink, hospitality, retail, education, and events, operating brand-side, agency-side, and internationally. I’m known for calm leadership, strong judgement, and the ability to turn complex business challenges into clear strategic direction.

My work sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and decision-making. I’m often brought in when things feel busy but unclear, when stakes are high, or when organisations need a steady, experienced perspective before committing time, budget, or resource.

I work foundations-first.

That means starting with clarity before activity - understanding what a brand stands for, who it’s really for, how it creates value, and what needs to happen next for growth to be sustainable.

I’m a natural listener and take time to get under the skin of the organisations I work with - their ambition, constraints, culture, and commercial reality. From there, I bring structure, prioritisation, and sound judgement so decisions stick and teams move forward with confidence.

I care deeply about the brands I support and the people behind them. I believe the best work happens when leadership teams are aligned, people feel heard, and strategy is grounded in reality rather than hype.

Roots Marketing Co was built on a simple belief: the most expensive marketing is activity built on weak foundations.

In a fast-moving world, it’s easy for brands to chase tactics, channels, or quick wins without a clear view of what’s actually driving growth. My role is to help organisations slow down at the right moments, ask better questions, and build from solid foundations.

I’ve built my career from the ground up, working across every level of an organisation. That experience has given me a deep respect for how businesses really function - from the restaurant floor to the boardroom - and an understanding that sustainable growth only happens when people are brought with you.

I’ve worked nationally and internationally, navigating different markets, cultures, and perspectives, and I’m comfortable leading through change, ambiguity, and pressure. I’m warm, direct, and commercially focused - and I’m honest when something won’t work.
